TIJMCX 4.3" Touch Controller

Intuitive and user-friendly touch control 
HSAJET® MCX 4.3" Touch Controller is the control centre of the MCX printer. The controller offers a wide set of options to set up the printer, handle the print job and maintain the printer. Once installed and up and running, the MCX printers require very little maintenance.

Illustrative and easy to understand icons will guide you through all phases of your print job, making printing both simple and fast. 
 

Up to 2.0'' print height with MCX Compact Printers or MCX Satellite Printheads 
The MCX 4.3” Touch Controller handles up to 2.0” (4-pens) print height. 

The controller can be placed directly on the side of HSAJET® MCX Compact Printers for a small compact solution, or separately with other control units in your production.

For a more flexible solution, it is possible to connect up to four individual MCX Satellite Printheads via the MCX Satellite Main Unit to the controller. With this configuration it is possible to print on multiple positions or products from one controller.

Three simple steps and you are ready to print:

1. Design your print job on your PC with MCX UniDraw

2. Transfer the print job to your printer

3. Choose your print job and start printing

It is possible to store several print jobs in the HSAJET® MCX 4.3" Touch Controller at a time, which allows for an easy switch between print jobs and for a quick adaption to a new production. 

Fine tune parameters while you print
The flight mode adjust feature allows you to fine tune print alignment and offsets without stopping the line to easily obtain the best print result. 

User interface in all languages
A language package with English, Chinese (simplified & traditional), Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish is included. New languages and fonts can be added to the controller on the fly, enabling user interface, menues and keyboard to be displayed in all languages. 

Quick and easy installation on production lines
We offer a full set of specially designed brackets for quick and easy installation on production lines for horizontal and vertical printing.

Intuitive MCX UniDraw software for easy design of print jobs
Print jobs are designed on a PC in the easy-to-use UniDraw design software. When the print job is designed, it is loaded to the MCX Touch Controller and stored in the job bank on the controller.

Out-of-the-box Loftware NiceLabel compatibility
MCX printers can also be used with Loftware NiceLabel design software. Loftware driver for MCX Printers is available from Loftware's website: https://drivers.loftware.com/brand/hsa-systems

Remote communication via protocol

The remote protocol for MCX allows third-party applications and PLC controllers to automate certain tasks on the MCX printer. By default, the MCX controller has a standard remote protocol that enables functions to do basic print jobs, remotely controlled. This includes load of job, start, and stop as well as requesting information from the controller.

In addition to this, different upgrade packages for add-on features (MCX Protocol Levels) can be purchased which enables more advanced functions via remote protocol.

Go to the "Accessories" tab or to the Software menu to choose the desired MCX Protocol Level. If purchased along with the controller, the add-on features will be pre-installed and ready for use, when you receive the controller.
